MyPlanet - now some good news

We have lost quite a few filled-in forms thanks to the tender mercies of SAPO. This has cost us at least one lot of 18 filled-in forms.

The good news is, we've established that MyPlanet will accept scanned copies of signed forms. This allows us to use the much more secure internet to send in forms. They still have to come to LepSoc so Peter Sharland can collate them, though.

So, please download MySchool_MyVillage_MyPlanet_Application_Form_May2011.pdf and fill it in. Print copies and get your friends to fill them in, remembering that if they already have MySchool or MyPlanet cards to get them to fill in their card numbers and existing beneficiaries (maximum = 3).

Then get them scanned and send to sharlandp@gmail.com
