Ingredients:
1 Cheese French loaf
1 small onion
1 large tomato
1 cup of grated cheese
A little bit of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cut the bread open and drizzle some olive oil in the centre. Slice the tomato and onion into thin slices and place inside the bread together with the cheese. Flavour with salt and pepper.
Place the bread in a folding braai grid and place over moderate coals and turning regularly until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted.
Cut the bread into thick slices and enjoy with your meat!
