Suikerbosrand visit 28 November 2 Years, 2 Months ago  
Had a great trip to Suikerbosrand last Saturday with Jeremy Dobson, Andrew Morton and Mark Williams. The place was swarming with Roodepoort Copper Aloeides dentatis dentatis. Here are some of the pix I got:







All females, which are less wild than the males - of which I only got one shot - here it is:



The only other butterfly of note I managed to get was a female Barber's Ranger Kedestes barberae barberae:
