Hi Visitor
We are on the air...

At the end of December Bennie Coetzer and I flew down to Cape Town for a Pasella shoot. This was very exciting and alot of fun, although Bennie did not think so (acting is hard work)...
We met up with the Pasella team on the 30th of November at Yzerfontein's padstal. We then went to the famous spot at the tower and started setting up. The first question that was asked by the presenter, Chrytal-Donna: "Are there snakes out here in the bushes?" Looks like my husband is not the only person with a phobia for snakes...
We first looked to see if we could find some butterflies, and we were in luck, there were a few that were flying around.
It was a very successful, hot day and after our first day of shooting, Bennie and I scrambled and phoned around for accommodation. We eventually found a place to stay over in Bloubergstrand. Bennie quickly went to his room, and I think that was to take a quick nap before supper, because it is very tiring to bend down on your knees the whole day taking photos.
The next day, we drove to Pella, the old known spot of the Strandveld Copper, and we manage to find some butterflies flying around in the little bit of fynbos that is still there.
After our shoot, we drove to Paarl to meet up with Ester van Der Westhuizen at Butterfly World to continue with the days shooting. Thank you so much to Ester who allowed us to do an insert of her beautiful butterfly house and for her time. And of cause my books!
So be sure to watch us on....
